Family: Mother, Father, Younger sister
History: Blaze had a normal childhood. Well as normal as it can be. Her parents fought about small things and let her get away with just about anything. As a child she would spend her time in the kitchen watch her mum cook (she was a stay at home mum). Cooking was something Blaze enjoyed quite a lot of when it was with her mum. Soon enough this dream came to an end when her little sister arrived. It didn’t anger her at all but more frustrated her. All the attention and all of the love went to the new baby. In her mind she pictured holding the small child and holding it over a hot flame in the stove. But she would never do it. Her parents would disown her completely if she did.
At the age of twelve Blaze’s family were in a horrific accident. One of her father’s cigarette’s had fallen onto the couch and ignited it. All the while this happened Blaze was outside drawing, in one hand she had a stick the other a lighter which she’d stolen from her dad. She was the only one safe from the fire, at the far end of the yard, with her back facing the house. As she got up and turned, the brilliant light of the wild flames surprised her but not in a bad way. She couldn’t stop looking at the magnificence of the orange flames as the ate everything in its path. A slow deranged smile spread across her face as she heard the crackling of the fire. The fire fighter put out the house and everything was fine. The police concluded that it was a cigarette and all was well. This minor event lead to Blaze’s minor pyromania and added to her night terrors which she had already been having.
At sixteen Blaze’s night terror’s were out of control. The pills weren’t helping and her usual sleep timetable and easy going life seemed to trigger it more. Her terrors became so real to her that even when awake her terrors would plague her. Delusions appeared and once she, out of pure fear, grabbed a knife. Her parents were frightened for their and their daughters’ safety and took her to a councilor. Things seemed to get better but all the while the built up terrors were just waiting to bubble over.
At eighteen all the terrors became to come out at once. All through the time she was somewhat normal she felt the nightmares scratching at her mind, making her aware everyday that they were there. The night before she was to start college the night terrors started. She screamed herself awake but the visions kept coming. Her parents found it best to put her in a home where she could be kept.

Flaws: Easily frustrated, destructive imagination (bit of a daydreamer)
