Wow even contests has rules? XD I'm sorry but yes. But they are easy to follow.
1. Only the admin and the contest mod can do contests.
2. Follow each contest's own rules.
3. Pm the admin or the contest mod if you got an idea for a contest. (If asked, I'll make a board just for requested contest or ideas for a contest.)
