Advertising Mod
Role-playing mod
and
Contest mod
What does those mods do? Well...
Advertising Mod will post our Ad around and will help get us members.
Role-playing Mod will be in change of all the role-playing help and will think of good plots for our members to use. They will also need new boards for you to role-play on or edit the ones that are already up.
Contest Mod will post different contests for our members to join. contests such as Graphics contest and different kinds of writing contests. They are allow in change of all the writing on the forum.
Each mod is allowed to have two helpers but the helpers won't be counted as staff.
How to sign up?

Tell me what you want to be and why.
Also tell me how long you been on this forum.
With in a few days I will tell you if you are up or not.

I don't want to be a mod per say, but I wouldn't mind having access to just the headers/footers to fix a few of the issues some of the codes are bringing in.
Such as the current problem with the image resizer. If an image is larger than the maximum allowed by that code, and this image already has a link embedded, than that resizing code will overwrite the embedded link to open a new tab with the full size of the image. This is extremely bad for advertisers.
I guess this sort of request could fall under a Coding Moderator Helper. I won't write new stuff, but I'm all up for fixing things. And I vow never to touch any of the code without asking/telling you what I will be playing with.
Currently on my list I'd like to look at all the codes to find out what the 'new' icon issue is and then work on the image resizer. That one shouldn't be too long since I've already looked at the code and think I know how to fix it. Oh and I've been on the forum for almost a month; in case you still want that.

Already told you a few things about me on RPG Collection so...I just need to give a reason. Also I've just joined this site recently and if you would rather let me hang on before becoming a staff I'll understand.
Obviously I'll be noting and waiting for your approval OR denial on my suggestion/idea(s) or anything else that I start doubting as a staff member.
Reason:.I have experienced RPing and I'm pretty good at Character Templates and knowing what is needed and the fact that I just LOVE role-playing I want to make this site's RPing section awsome and I also have some suggestions or 'editing' I would say to do in the RP section. I'll be also looking at other sections of this site not just RPing sections cause that bores me to death(I like to explore), so you'll see me posting on other sections of this site. And I also want to gain more experience of being a staff member which excites me and makes me feel like I have something to do besides work.

Glad to join the site~I'll PM ideas that come up or that I've seen frequently that would make the site interesting or more entertaining (not that this site isn't already ^.^ )
UPDATE:. 1st Suggestion-Center Mini profile so the name is on top of the avatar and so on. This is just to organize and adjust some things that are little but can mean a lot. |
